Untitled With Grey Leaves (2009) is a signed lithograph by Jonas Wood depicting a withering plant in a large pot. Dynamic shapes covering the pot stand out against a plain background, confounding the viewer’s expectations of dimensions and scale. Like in many of his prints, Wood pursues here his interest in the flatness of modern abstraction, translating the three-dimensional world into simple yet captivating flat forms.
