About MyArtBroker
MyArtBroker is the leading marketplace for buying and selling blue-chip prints and editions from the world’s most sought-after artists. Our platform connects collectors, investors, and sellers with expert advisors, offering market insights, valuation guidance, and a seamless sales process.
We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised, and driven Lead Acquisition Coordinator to take ownership of our lead qualification process at the top of the sales funnel. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to progression into a Sales & Specialist position in the future.
The Role
As a Lead Acquisition Coordinator you will be the gatekeeper of our lead pipeline, ensuring only high-value opportunities are passed to the sales team. You will take full ownership of our Master Lead Tracker, ensuring it remains meticulously organised, up to date, and highly effective, while also identifying high-value collectors and sellers through exceptional phone and email outreach.
This is an opportunity to learn the art market from the ground up, develop commercial acumen, and work closely with some of the best specialists in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Master Lead Tracker – ensure all leads are cleansed daily, categorised correctly, and allocated to the appropriate sales reps.
- Qualify inbound leads – assess their value, lifecycle stage, and potential, while identifying high-net-worth clients and serious collectors.
- Be exceptional on the phone – engage leads swiftly, ask insightful questions, and secure the next step in the process.
- Hustle and drive sales opportunities – ensure no lead is left behind, following up persistently and pushing leads further into the funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team – provide them with a clear, structured pipeline, ensuring they focus on the most promising opportunities.
- Spot high-value opportunities – flag and prioritise leads that could lead to major sales.
- Assist in building reporting dashboards – track lifecycle stages, conversion rates, and marketing performance to enhance lead quality and follow-up processes.
Who You Are
- Highly organised – you thrive in structure, enjoy organising people, and can manage data with precision.
- A natural hustler – driven, resilient, and excited by the challenge of turning cold leads into warm opportunities.
- A people person – confident and professional on the phone, persuasive, and able to build instant rapport.
- Detail-obsessed – you spot trends, track patterns, and ensure no lead is wasted.
- Ambitious – you see this role as a stepping stone to becoming a specialist in the art market.
- Data-savvy – you understand CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus) and know how to optimise workflows for efficiency.
- Market-aware – you have an understanding of the prints and editions market
