MyArtBroker is seeking an experienced Specialist to join the Sales Team.

MyArtBroker aims to provide best-in-class access to the Prints & Multiples Market by connecting collectors to the works they most want.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who is excited to service the dramatically elevated number of leads that the company now receives since considerable growth in the last few years. This is a quota carrying role that requires an individual who has a strong track record of sales and is passionate about working directly with collectors and connecting them to artworks they love. The ideal candidate has a strong existing client list.

Responsibilities:

  1. Close sales and deals. Drive individual sales through proactive outreach strategies to top collector accounts.
  2. Train and mentor junior colleagues, creating a nurturing environment for our junior employees.
  3. Utilize art market knowledge to identify specific client needs and ensure we connect collectors to works they love. Able to proactively identify and report on trends rooted in our deep analytics and act upon them to grow the sales funnel.
  4. Serve as a MyArtBroker ambassador for the brand and our values. Collaborating with the leadership team and the marketing department to better communicate our message and values.

Candidate Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years experience of professional experience in art sales, auction, gallery or private sale, with proven success in £100,000+, blue-chip transactions
  2. Established book of business and client relationships with art collectors and a proven sales track record. Demonstrated ability to convert leads to sales.
  3. Experience handling a large volume sales pipeline and comfort with commission based compensation.
  4. Highly effective and compelling verbal and written communicator who can juggle communication across a diverse target client-base and with internal stakeholders.
  5. Able to identify opportunities to drive conversion through technology, data, and marketing.
