Meaning & Analysis
Fuckoff is a silkscreen print by renowned contemporary artist, Damien Hirst. The print was produced in 2017 and depicts the packaging of a pharmaceutical product. The name of the product, ‘Fuckoff,’ is written in a bright, light blue colour above a dark blue arrow. The blue text contrasts with the rest of the words on the packaging, all of which are written in black. Attention is drawn towards the ironic product name which captures Hirst’s dark humour.
